Is there a reason that all the topics in the last year or so are now gone?
I can't update my inability to play on the forums because the topics are just gone. |

Still freezing, no fix, no refund. I gave you over two weeks to fix the issue, you didn't. I asked for a refund and now it's been over a week since you replied. What am I to think? If you can't fix the game, give me my money back. It's really that simple. |

I'm convinced they are just ignoring the issue and hoping that people give up trying to get their problem rectified. At some point, people will feel that the time they are wasting trying to get compensation/refund is outweighing the refund itself. |
